Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated &experienced Production Support Specialists to oversee the stability &performance of critical applications in a 24×7 production environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, Snowflake, Splunk, Grafana, & API troubleshooting, with hands-on experience in application support & incident management.
Must-Have Skills:
- Database & Querying: SQL
- Data Platforms: Snowflake
- Monitoring & Logging: Splunk, Grafana
- Application Support Experience: Incident triage, root cause analysis, resolution
- API Troubleshooting: RESTful APIs, error handling, &performance monitoring
- Production Environment: Experience in 24×7 support models, including on-call rotations
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Database Technologies: Oracle
- Cloud Exposure: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Automation & Scripting: Python, Shell scripting
- ITIL Practices: Incident, Problem & Change Management
- Ticketing Tools: ServiceNow, JIRA
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead production support activities for mission-critical applications.
- Monitor system health & performance using Splunk &Grafana.
- Investigate & resolve application issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with development & infrastructure teams for root cause analysis.
- Manage incidents & service requests in alignment with SLAs.
- Provide support for APIs & data-related issues, including Snowflake queries.
- Participate in 24×7 rotational shifts & ensure smooth handovers.
- Document troubleshooting steps &contribute to knowledge base.
Qualifications:
- For NAM, minimum undergrad or grad in STEM or relevant field.
- For India bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
- Experience in production support or application support roles.
- Strong analytical &communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure & manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations is a plus.
