SQL Servers (ETL, RDM, RDRM, CRM, DPR, Arrear_RM, SSIS) – Support, Maintenance, Remediation and Governance activities |

Key responsibilities-
. Good Knowledge on Snowflake, SQL Server.
. Support in incident management
. Monitor daily operations and data movements (Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, Kafka)
. Service request handling (user creation, data requests, audit, reporting etc.)
. Implement security and user access framework
. Support in patching and DR events
. Change and problem management
. Deployments and RTL Support
. Database provisioning, maintenance, and administration
. Database and server performance improvement
. Data archiving and purging framework
. Database monitoring and alerting
. Configuration management and documentation
. Data protection procedures
. Cost monitoring and optimization initiatives
. Third-party integrations with multiple tools
. Migration of tables from ODS/Oracle to Snowflake (via ODI)
. DR and CRM data migration to Snowflake (to avoid legacy reporting)
. File loading and file creation frameworks
. Storage space and cost optimization
. Observability with Datadog dashboards
. Minimize Azure SQL DB dependency by moving data to Snoflake.
. User access management and auditing
. Maintenance and monitoring of database health - daily reports
. Table partition implementation
. File loading and automation framework
. SSIS packages for ETL and parallel file loading jobs
. Maintenance and support of legacy jobs
. SSIS migration and server decommissioning
. ODS to Snowflake migration support
. CRM job migration and execution
. Storage space optimization and reclamation
