3. Adobe Workfront Architect (12+Yrs):

Role & Responsibilities:

Deliver reliable, enterprise-grade integrations and facilitate other technical interactions during the customer journey

Lead business & technical discussions with customers throughout project delivery

Partner with Pre-Sales Architects, Consulting Delivery Managers, Implementation Consultants and Project Managers to design and implement integrated solutions for the customer

Oversee technical development and follow standard operating procedure documentation to support technical delivery and integrations with 3rd party software

Troubleshoot technical issues by confirming the validity of the problem and providing proven solutions

Provide post-deployment technical support for issues related to customer integrations

To assess integration needs/requirements, identify solutions, describe the integration process and capabilities, both during pre-sales and post-sales stages of the customer journey.

Developing the integration solution (program coding, IPaaS orchestration, ETL configuration, etc.) and identifying necessary Workfront configuration to support the integration approach.

Skills:

Strong communication skills and stakeholder management

Proficient with Workfront Core & Fusion

Desirable to have Martech background particularly with Web Content Management like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS) provider like Mulesoft, Dell boomi etc is desired

4. UI Architect(12+ Yrs):

Role & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with AEM, AEM EDS, Commerce, and Enterprise Architects to manage the entire lifecycle of technical solutions, ensuring unified and robust application implementations.

Identify and evaluate current and future technical challenges within ongoing and upcoming projects.

Define and recommend development technologies, platforms, standards, tools, and processes.

Partner with the Backend Architect to establish and document the vision for the frontend architecture, mobile stack, and associated methodologies.

Translate high-level architectural concepts into detailed, actionable designs.

Oversee and guide the execution of technical and infrastructure initiatives supporting architectural decisions.

Review and evaluate team deliverables to ensure compliance with coding standards, architectural principles, and design intent.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the UI team, ensuring alignment with architectural vision and industry best practices.

Collaborate on application-level design decisions and raise architectural concerns for review and standardization.

Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration among development teams working on connected or related projects.

Conduct research on emerging technologies, prototype innovative solutions, and provide recommendations based on findings.

Identify and address areas of technical debt, recommending improvements at the architectural level.

Stay current with AI frameworks, MCP, and agentic AI approaches, applying insights where relevant.

Foster continuous learning and professional growth across the technical team.

Recommend enhancements to the technology stack to drive innovation, scalability, and competitive advantage.

Skills:

Expert-level proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.

Hands-on experience with CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less) and frameworks like Tailwind CSS; strong command of BEM methodology.

Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), including DOM manipulation, the JavaScript object model, and modern design patterns.

Advanced proficiency in ReactJS, with practical exposure to Design Systems and the Atomic Design methodology.

Skilled in integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs with modern UI frameworks.

Experience developing Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) and reusable UI component libraries.

Strong understanding of Node.js, npm, and build tools such as Webpack, Babel, Grunt, and Gulp.

Solid understanding of Core Web Vitals, GLHS, and web performance optimization techniques.

Proficient in web accessibility (WCAG) compliance and best practices.

Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Jasmine, Karma, and Playwright.

AEM Sites Lead (8+ Yrs):

Roles & Responsibilities:

To architect, design and develop solutions for product/project & sustenance delivery.

Hands-on and implement the solutions along with a technically focused team to provide in depth technical expertise in design and planning of solutions.

Build solutions on top of AEM Sites and Assets.

Ability to drive discovery sessions with customers & translate business requirements to technical specifications and provide solutioning for the implementation team.

Create and Integrate content-driven applications on top of AEM Core platform and seamless integration with other systems

Define implementation processes and best practices

Handle Demos and POCs for Customers.

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to the team.

Review Code and ensure code quality, readability and security.

Hands-on contribution as part of the team and lead the day-to-day technical activities bringing in excellence in implementation.

Work closely with customers, developers, testers, System Administrators and business analysts to build AEM solutions.

Provide solutions in integrating third-party systems with AEM as part of overall architecture.

Provide leadership and direction to the team by leading the projects in Agile methodology taking on the different roles as required in the project.

Skills:

Must: Deep understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag libraries, and JSTL skills, combined with a strong understanding of Enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
