Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: • Provide Support as per defined SLAs • Owns overall technical design. • Business Process Validation and support • Analysis on business process on correct, preventive and breakdown maintenance • Create and Update maintenance Master Data • Analysis, Solution Design for Incident/ Enhancement • SAP Configuration changes • Unit Testing & Integration Testing • Training (Adhoc and Support end user)
Essential Skills: • Hands on experience on SAP Plant Maintenance Module • Should have strong Hands-on experience in following functional areas • Notification Management: - Configuration and Process Flow, Integration with Maintenance Order • Preventive Maintenance: -Single Cycle Plan, Strategy Based Maintenance Plan, Task List, Maintenance Plan Scheduling Parameter, Maintenance Strategy, Deadline Monitoring • Maintenance Order Management: - Breakdown Maintenance Process & Corrective Maintenance Process, Calibration Maintenance • Integration points with MM, FICO, PP & QM & Third-Party Software Integrations • Relevant Masters Creation, Master data Management & Organization Structure • Should have an excellent exposure to ASAP & Activate Methodology phases and deliverables • Good Understanding on LSMW/ LTMC / SAP Queries & Solution Manager • Minimum ABAP debugging skills • Understanding of SAP Fiori apps. • BA/BS or Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience.
Desirable skills: • Should have Excellent communication and presentation skills • Should have good client handling skills. • Good understanding of COTS application configuration process. • Should have team building and collaborative working skills • Good Analytical Capabilities • Should have Excellent communication and presentation skills • Should have created Test scripts, User Manuals and Configuration guides • Should have good client handling skills • Should be able to analyze, design and implement best practices and client business processes • Should have team building and collaborative working skills • Knowledge of agile way of developing configurable COTS solution. • Good Analytical Capabilities |
