Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX engineering, including web application development with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, and Next.js.
• Proven expertise in building and maintaining component libraries or design systems.
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript, SSR/SSG strategies, and performance optimization.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code quality tools (e.g., Git, GitHub, Jenkins, SonarQube).
• Demonstrated leadership in Agile/Scrum environments and cross-team collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of UI platform components and utilities.
• Build and maintain scalable, reusable React and Next.js component libraries, ensuring high performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Evaluate, adopt, and advocate for modern web technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align UI component design with product roadmaps and deliver intuitive user experiences.
• Drive component lifecycle management, automated testing, and CI/CD integration for robust, reliable releases.
• Mentor and upskill team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure platform security, compliance, and performance optimization through regular reviews and updates.
• Contribute to technical documentation, standards, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
