Role Summary: |
Mandatory hands-on experience with ServiceNow TSM or ITSM/CSM, TSOM or ITOM modules. Must have practical experience in ServiceNow integrations across using REST, SOAP, and Kafka. Proficiency in Now Assist GenAI and Agentic AI Orchestration is required. Exposure to the telecom domain is desirable, along with knowledge of TAM and SID frameworks and familiarity with popular telecom services such as Voice, Broadband, and VPN across wired and wireless networks. | |

Within the ServiceNow space, we are seeking a specialized development professional who can take full ownership of development tasks and execute them independently. The ideal candidate will guide the team on technical architecture, lead and mentor team members, and possess strong expertise in development, troubleshooting, and deployment best practices | |
Ability to design technical solutions from BA requirements and independently handle complex tasks. | |
Maintain in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities, performance, and limitations across the latest releases. | |
Strong experience with agile methodologies (scrum, user stories, sprint model), proficiency in JIRA and Confluence. | |
Strong communication and client-facing skills. | |
