  • 5+ years of experience in testing with proven capability in test automation.
  • Experience in Financial Services - Banking domain.
  • Demonstrate experience in developing framework and test automation solutions for API and web based user interfaces.
  • Strong hands-on experience in IVR testing using Cyara automation tool.
  • Strong hands-on experience working on cloud-based Contact Center Amazon Connect.
  • Knowledge on chatbot testing.
  • Experience in using JIRA tool.
  • Experience in all aspects of testing including Functional System Testing, Integration (SIT), End to End, Regression and UAT Testing using a variety of manual and automated techniques.
  • Experience in preparing Test Strategy, Test Plan and Test Summary Report.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, and how these are delivered via the technology domain.
  • Ability to inform business prioritisation decisions, while establishing and maintaining a high level of customer trust and confidence.
  • Working experience in CI/CD and release planning activities.
