Job description

• 6+ years of experience in Performance Testing/Engineering,
• Excellent in PT methodologies and concepts and End to End Test Management activities.
• Should be able to carry out end-to-end performance testing tasks including understanding the requirements, preparing test strategy, test data setup, scheduling, script development, execution, analysis, and sign-off.
• Should be an Expert in JMeter tool and capable of writing custom java/groovy code.
• knowledge of basic programming language is a must and should be able to write SQL queries.
• Should be able to lead the team and manager daily activities.
• Ability to monitor and collect result data, analyze, and pinpoint bottlenecks and guide developers in fixing performance issues.
• Good performance analysis and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks without much assistance.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
