Strong SDLC knowledge and good documentation skills. Advanced SQL skills for data profiling, analysis and validations. Technical ability to review complex queries/ codes and reverse engineer it for new process builds. Familiarity with HR concepts/ KPIs and systems like Peoplesoft. Will be responsible for - Collecting and compiling HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, Talent management, Learning and development systems management |
