• A fundamental understanding of ServiceNow modules, CSM and ITSM
• Hands on experiences with ServiceNow integrations (OOTB, Custom) with third party applications
• Proven experience of owning ServiceNow based solutions, delivered using LLD, HLDs and other design documents
• Candidate should possess Good Communication & Client- interfacing skills. He should have cross-cultural working experience and should be able to work with multinational clients independently
• A deep understanding of ServiceNow domain separation strategy, implementation, and best practices with demonstrable hands-on experience across various assignments
• Deep understanding of the best practices, OOTB solutions and skills to navigate discussions with custom vs OOTB solution scenarios
• Business, IT Stakeholders & Vendor Management Skill
• Understanding of Agile way of working – User Story, Sprint model
• Analyze the problem faced by the customer, participates in discussions with customer stakeholders to understand the problem, gather further data as required from the customer to define and document the problem and requirements
