We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant with strong hands-on implementation experience. The candidate will be responsible for leading requirement analysis, Configuration, testing and deployment of the EC module, while ensuring alignment with HR processes and best practices. Key Responsibilities : · Lead and support end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors employee central module · Strong knowledge in foundation objects & MDF, business rules, workflows, role-based permissions and event derivations and data models in employee central · Strong hands-on experience in Position management · Requirement gathering from clients and convert the business requirements into system configuration · Perform system testing, issue resolution and prepare deployment documents · Review quarterly releases and recommend enhancements to the client. · Perform instance refresh preparation, validation and post refresh activities · Resolve incidents and service requests within SLA, including the root cause analysis and permanent fixes · Collaborate with cross functional and integration teams for seamless system connectivity · Ability to design and document functional specifications · Strong client – facing, communication and problem-solving skills
