Job Description:

Job Summary:

•Develop, document, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and eCommerce Cloud.

•Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure the stability and quality of the solutions.

•Identify, log, and track defects, and work closely with the development team to resolve issues.

•Ensure that all Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations meet the specified requirements and quality standards.

•Verify data integrity and perform data validation testing across various Salesforce Clouds.

•Conduct end-to-end testing Salesforce processes and workflows, including custom Apex and Visualforce components.

Mandatory skills:

•5+ years of experience with creating automation test scripts using Selenium, Agile/Scrum, DevOps.

•Salesforce Administration certification or 5+ years of experience testing Salesforce applications

•Utilize Salesforce testing tools such as Salesforce Inspector, Data Loader, and Workbench for testing and data management
