Cisco Secure Access (SSE) Consultant. We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Cisco Secure Access (SSE) Consultant. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Cisco's SSE solutions, including cloud-delivered security, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), and Firewall-as-a-Service (FWaaS). |
Strong understanding of SSE architecture including ZTNA, SWG, CASB, and FWaaS. | |
Hands-on experience with Cisco Secure Access solutions such as Cisco Umbrella, Duo Security, and Secure Firewall. | |
Design and implement SSE solutions tailored to enterprise security needs | |
Integrate SSE with existing infrastructure including SD-WAN, VPN, and identity providers. | |
Knowledge of cloud security principles and experience with securing SaaS applications. | |
Experience with policy creation and enforcement using Cisco Umbrella and Duo. | |
Troubleshooting and incident response skills for SSE-related issues. | |
Understanding of identity and access management (IAM) and integration with Cisco Duo. | |
Ability to conduct security assessments and recommend SSE improvements. | |
Familiarity with Cisco SecureX for unified threat visibility and response. | |
Experience with logging and monitoring tools integrated with SSE platforms. | |
Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) in SSE deployments. | |
Strong communication and documentation skills for client-facing engagements. | |
Ability to train and mentor junior engineers on SSE technologies. | |
Cisco certifications preferred (e.g., CCNP Security) | |
