Splunk

Minimum of 10+ years of related Splunk work experience .
Programming experience (Python, Shell, JavaScript)
Architect, design, and deploy scalable Splunk environments, including indexers, forwarders, search heads, deployment servers, and clusters.
Lead the implementation and optimization of Splunk modules, including KPI creation, Service definitions, glass tables, correlation searches, and Notable Events.
Develop and maintain data ingestion pipelines, onboarding structured and unstructured data from diverse sources using forwarders, APIs, syslog, REST, and scripted inputs.
Design and implement custom dashboards, alerts, saved searches, and scheduled reports to support business and IT operations.
Apply machine learning and anomaly detection techniques for predictive analytics and operational insights.
Integrate Splunk with third-party tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ServiceNow, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, and AWS CloudWatch.
Perform health checks, performance tuning, and capacity planning to ensure Splunk environment reliability and efficiency.
Define and enforce best practices for data normalization (CIM compliance), indexing strategy, and retention policies.
Collaborate with stakeholders including IT operations, cybersecurity, DevOps, and business teams to develop use cases and ensure Splunk solutions meet business needs.
