Experience

• Senior Consultant (10+ years of experience):
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Management Systems within life sciences, specifically Biopharmaceuticals/pharma.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Veeva Vault QMS.
• Must be Veeva Vault Certified (within validity period).
• Proven track record of leading QMS implementations or enhancements.
• Strong understanding of GxP, FDA, EMA, and other regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good Analytical and documentation skills.

Skill (Technical and functional) and Competencies

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
2. Configure and support Veeva Vault QMS modules (Deviation, Change Management, Market complaint, Supplier Quality Management and Lab Investigations, including all its child processes).
3. Support qualification activities including authoring and reviewing test scripts and documentation.
4. Provide end-user training and support during UAT and go-live phases.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in collaboration with technical teams.
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
7. Operate as per Biocon Quality Standards and relevant Biocon policies including Data Integrity so on.
8. Experience of integration of Veeva Vault with other enterprise systems (Example: SAP).
