Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, document, and execute test cases, scripts, and plans for functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects using Jira, working closely with developers to resolve issues.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Work closely with development, product, and design teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Recommend and contribute to the enhancement of QA processes and methodologies.
- Maintain clear documentation of test procedures, results, and reports.
- Participate in release planning and support post-release validation and monitoring.
- Conduct adversarial testing (e.g., prompt injection, data exfiltration) to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities in AI systems

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance or testing.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
- Proficient in writing SQL queries for data validation.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with LLMs & RAG architecture.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, with experience in test automation frameworks.
- Understanding of APIs, JSON, and YAML.
- Familiar with Azure CI/CD.
