| Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities) | Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Techno-Functional Product Manager to lead the KYC Service Layer POD , responsible for driving the development of scalable microservices and Kafka-based solutions. This role requires a strong blend of technical acumen, product leadership, and stakeholder management to ensure alignment with KYC, regulatory, and data governance requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for the KYC Service Layer, from ideation to delivery and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement scalable microservices and Kafka-based event-driven architectures.
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable product features and technical specifications.
- Manage stakeholder expectations across compliance, data governance, and KYC domains.
- Drive Agile delivery practices within the POD, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
- Own the product backlog, prioritize features, and facilitate sprint planning and reviews.
- Monitor product performance, usage metrics, and feedback to inform future enhancements.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and risk standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Product Manager in financial services or regulatory technology domains.
- Strong understanding of KYC processes , regulatory frameworks , and data governance .
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture , Kafka , and cloud-native technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, and business teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology, Finance, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working in a POD structure or Agile squads.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
