Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities:

AWS Environment Testing:

• Design, develop, and execute test cases for applications and services deployed on Amazon Web Services (AWS), including but not limited to EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, and other relevant AWS services. Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of AWS-based solutions.
• Automation Testing:

Develop, maintain, and execute robust automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TestNG, Pytest) for functional, regression, and performance testing across various application layers (UI, API).

• AIML Feature Testing:

Design and implement testing strategies specifically for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML) features, including data validation, model performance evaluation, bias detection, and ensuring the accuracy and ethical behavior of AI models.

• Test Strategy & Planning:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and data scientists to understand requirements, define comprehensive test strategies, create detailed test plans, and ensure adequate test coverage.

• Defect Management:

Identify, log, track, and manage software defects throughout the testing lifecycle, working closely with development teams for timely resolution.

• CI/CD Integration:

Integrate automated tests into Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to enable continuous testing and rapid feedback loops.

• Documentation & Reporting:

Create and maintain clear and concise test documentation, including test cases, test results, and defect reports. Provide regular updates on testing progress and quality metrics to stakeholders.

• Process Improvement:

Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and automation frameworks.

• Methodologies:

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

• Analytical & Problem-Solving:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex issues and propose effective solutions.

• Communication:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Desired:

Experience with performance testing tools, security testing principles, and data warehousing/ETL testing concepts.

Mandatory skills

. Technical Skills: Testing in AWS & Automation tester, AI Feature testing

• 1. Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for test automation (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
  2. Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
  3. Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-native testing principles.
  4. Understanding of AIML concepts, model evaluation metrics, and data validation techniques.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Desired skills

B. Tech/MCA

• Proven experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation and testing within AWS environments. Experience with AIML feature testing is highly desirable.
