The job holder is accountable as the business analyst within the team to enable the team to
deliver products and services, and continually help the team to improve technically. This role will
carry out some or all of the following activities:
Working globally on supporting requirements from the business as it relates to the
Risk&Compliance IT systems.
Collaborating with Product Owner, Solution Architect, engineering team to identify
changes required, create and agree necessary stories.
Providing support to the countries/regions for research, training, and guidance on the
Risk&Compliance IT systems.
Work with the Scrum Master to ensure efficient flow of the backlog of change activities.
Coordinate with PO and test team to develop test plans and ensure that solutions meet
business requirements through effective testing processes
Responsible for ensuring products and services maintain compliance with mandatory
and regulatory requirements and control objectives within the risk and controls
framework.
Responsible for ensuring group controls are maintained within the team activities and
remediation activities are resolved swiftly.
Providing support to solution architect to ensure that solutions and services are
supported by the right architectures & systems.
Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering or similar comfort with
technical discipline.
Must possess a proven business analytical background or related field with minimum 6
years of experience.
INTERNAL
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine
acceptable solutions.
Strong interpersonal, influencing, persuading and communication skills in English -
applicable through multiple channels (written, spoken, workshops, presentations).
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Competency in Collaboration tools, e.g., Confluence, Jira, Microsoft applications.
Banking domain in Risk & Compliance is an advantage.
Cloud (especially GCP), OpenAI project experience is an advantage.
Experience in PLSQL, SQL, Performance Tuning, shell scripting.
Experience in Prompt Engineering.
Proficiency in Agile Methodologies and experience with agile principles, practices, and
frameworks (such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) .
Ability to work in short sprints, adapt to changing requirements, and facilitate
collaboration among cross-functional teams.
Excellent team leader and player, able to lead others into action, and with ability to
work under minimal supervision.
Planning/organizational skills, analytical, quick thinking and proactive.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of UX/UI design
Knowledge of the Compliance business and programmes, and external environments
Experience in running agile projects of varying size and complexity |
