Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead client acquisition and business growth in the US Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling staffing solutions to US clients, building relationships, and driving revenue by partnering with delivery teams to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US market through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of clients across IT and Non-IT staffing verticals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers (Direct Clients, MSPs, and VMS partners).
- Present and promote the company's staffing services to potential clients, highlighting value propositions.
- Negotiate terms, rates, and agreements to close deals successfully.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, including revenue, client acquisition, and account expansion goals.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and client hiring patterns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–10 years of proven experience in Business Development / Sales within US Staffing.
- Deep understanding of US hiring practices, visa classifications (C2C, W2, 1099), and VMS/MSP models.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets in a staffing environment.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a target-driven US shift environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, ATS systems, and MS Office Suite.
