- Expertise & awareness of all and key basic platform features
- Configure, extend, and customize ServiceNow SAM applications.
- Implement automation using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scripting .
- Build and maintain integrations with third-party SaaS platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Adobe, AWS).
- Ensure scalable, maintainable code with proper documentation and best practices.
- Ability to write Unit Test Cases using ATF

- Deliver end-to-end integrations (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment).
- Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and MID Server .
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance.

- Support license tracking, compliance, and optimization initiatives.
- Configure discovery, normalization, reconciliation, and license models in ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with IT and procurement teams to ensure complete asset visibility.
