Job Description:
· Strong understanding of policy concepts, including technical rules and user update rules, day to day Operations
· Identifying failed tasks and performing root cause analysis.
· Proficient in creating analytical reports using SQL queries.
· Experienced in monitoring jobs and resolving related issues.
· Skilled in implementing enhancements to existing connections.
· Capable of implementing enhancements such as workflow adjustments, entitlement updates and fixes.
· Understanding of Saviynt campaigns launch.
Essential Skills:
