Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced CA Applications Specialist to manage, support, and enhance the Broadcom (CA) enterprise monitoring and service management suite covering UIM, Spectrum, Service Desk Manager (SDM), and APM. The role involves application administration, upgrades, reporting, and close coordination with infra and DB teams to ensure stable operations for our long-term managed services project

Must Have Skills Strong hands-on experience with CA Broadcom toolsoCA UIM (Unified Infrastructure Management)oCA SpectrumoCA Service Desk Manager (SDM)oCA APM (Application Performance Management) Proven track record of handling application upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting. Experience in monitoring reporting tools (CABI, JasperReports, Business Objects). Familiarity with Windows Server administration (patching, troubleshooting, services). Basic Linux administration (CentOSRed Hat) for APM servers. Ability to work with SQL Server for queries, performance checks, and reporting (in collaboration with DBAs).Good understanding of ITIL processes (incident, change, problem management).Nice to Have Skills Scripting automation skills (PowerShell, Shell, or Python).Experience in integration of CA tools with other ITSMmonitoring platforms Prior experience in customer-facing managed services roles. Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction, reporting, and status updates. |
