Collaboration Working with other teams| such as product| engineering| and business stakeholders| to define goals and integrate data-driven solutions into strategies. Implementation and maintenance Deploying models into production| monitoring performance| and maintaining data infrastructure and pipelines.
Role responsibilities may include:
• Conduct data exploration, feature engineering, and hypothesis development.
• Select and justify appropriate model candidates based on problem type.
• Build, fine tune, and evaluate statistical and machine learning models.
• Interpret and communicate analytical insights and model results to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Ensure ongoing maintenance, retraining, and performance optimization of deployed models.
• Contribute to documentation, model governance, and compliance with internal AI/ML standards.
• "Full Stack” Data Science skills preferred, ability to manage the entire data science process (MLE + DS).
