Experience: 10 - 15 Years
Job Description: 12+ years of overall experience with at least 3 years in product ownership or product management role, preferably in digital identity, cybersecurity, or financial services.
• Technical background in IAM architecture or security is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of CIAM capabilities including user onboarding, identity verification, MFA, SSO, and consent management.
• Robust stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Knowledge and experience working with Agile practices and practical experience with DevOps, CICD and SRE would be beneficial
• Experience with modern Agile delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and GitLab.
• Familiarity with identity platforms (e.g., ForgeRock, Ping Identity, Okta, Transmit Security) is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with identity protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML) and digital identity standards.
• Knowledge of risk and compliance frameworks applicable to digital identity.
• Certifications in Product Ownership (e.g., CSPO, Safe POPM), Agile delivery or security (e.g. CISSP) would be useful for the role. |
