Overall minimum 6+ years of hands on experience in AIML Technologies

• Having experience in Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) with knowledge & expertise in Descriptive statistics, Probability distributions, Hypothesis testing, Data cleaning, Data Inspection, Data Cleaning, Data Visualization and transformation.
• Experience in plots & understand distributions, correlations, trends, heatmaps, boxplots, histograms, scatter plots.
• Understanding the context of the data to interpret results.
• Develop and maintain software systems for training and fine-tuning LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA) for prediction tasks.
• Having experience with LoRA, QLoRA, or PEFT for efficient model adaptation.
• Implement efficient training strategies using frameworks like PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience with LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Design and implement AI agents/bots using Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents, or similar).
• Knowledge of NLP, prompt engineering, and autonomous agent design.
• Optimize model performance for classification, regression, and time-series forecasting tasks.
• Monitor model performance and retrain as needed to maintain accuracy and relevance.

Mandatory skills*

• Good Experience in Python (pandas, NumPy, matplotlib, seaborn, plotly )
• Good experience in creating ML models
• Understanding of flask API
• Understanding and experience of Agentic AI frameworks – LangChain or AutoGen or CrewAI
