• Strong Data base knowledge – DB2, SQL
• Must be able to debug/troubleshoot Database Stored procedures
• Knowledge on monitoring tools – Splunk, AppDyamics etc
• Flexible to provide support in 24X7 shift model. ITIL V3 Foundation knowledge
• Experience with production support with exposure to Financial Domain
• Experience of troubleshooting issues by analyzing Application logs
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Research and remediate customer/client data issues
