• Experience with SLA/SLO creation and integration with business observability metrics.
• Understanding of predictive AIOps, Davis AI, and advanced anomaly detection techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Experience with integrating Dynatrace into CI/CD pipelines.
• Automation skills using scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Dynatrace Associate Certification (Preferred).
• Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
