JD:

Shift timings : India shift (07:30 to 16:30 IST) however should be open for UK shift too

Specific skills required :

• Should have worked in Prod support at L2 level, supporting business users directly.
• Hands on with SQL/Unix.
• Hands on with VB/Powerquery/Python.
• Experience on monitoring/job scheduling tool like Control-M .
• Well versed with basic support process like incident management.
• Working experience of ServiceNow or similar tool.
• Having Capital Markets exposure is highly preferred and Regulatory reporting experience would be great.
• Strong written and Oral communication.
• Self driven with high accountability standards.

Mandatory skills*
