  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design & Architecture
  • Develop architectural blueprints for ServiceNow implementations.
  • Ensure alignment with business requirements, scalability, and integration needs.
  • Define and maintain instance strategy, technical governance, and platform health.
  • Customer Engagement & Advisory
  • Collaborate with executives, platform owners, enterprise architects, and development teams.
  • Translate business goals into actionable roadmaps and platform solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor during pre-sales, implementation, and post-deployment phases.
  • Technical Leadership
  • Lead technical teams through configuration, customization, and integration efforts.
  • Provide mentorship to developers and junior architects.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and reduce technical debt.
  • Governance & Compliance
  • Establish and manage technical governance frameworks.
  • Monitor platform performance and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Training & Enablement
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and support teams.
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow features, certifications, and industry trends.

These profiles must be senior level with over 12 years of total experience and more than 7 years in ServiceNow

Relevant Experience

7 plus years

Mandatory skills

  • Proven experience in ServiceNow architecture and solution delivery.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, SecOps).
  • Experience with integration technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, LDAP, JDBC).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, AngularJS, etc.).
  • ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CIS (multiple suites), CAD preferred.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and agile methodologies.
