- Solution Design & Architecture
- Develop architectural blueprints for ServiceNow implementations.
- Ensure alignment with business requirements, scalability, and integration needs.
- Define and maintain instance strategy, technical governance, and platform health.
- Customer Engagement & Advisory
- Collaborate with executives, platform owners, enterprise architects, and development teams.
- Translate business goals into actionable roadmaps and platform solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor during pre-sales, implementation, and post-deployment phases.
- Technical Leadership
- Lead technical teams through configuration, customization, and integration efforts.
- Provide mentorship to developers and junior architects.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and reduce technical debt.
- Governance & Compliance
- Establish and manage technical governance frameworks.
- Monitor platform performance and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Training & Enablement
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and support teams.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow features, certifications, and industry trends.

| Relevant Experience | 7 plus years |
| Mandatory skills | - Proven experience in ServiceNow architecture and solution delivery.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, SecOps).
- Experience with integration technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, LDAP, JDBC).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, AngularJS, etc.).
- ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CIS (multiple suites), CAD preferred.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and agile methodologies.
