  • Responsible for creation and governance of request queues, templates, projects, programs, portfolios, users, timesheets, reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and custom forms to best meet the requests of the org.
  • Maintain system through use of reports and insider knowledge to ensure that Truist retention policy and data classification restriction is followed both in LOBs and system admin use cases
  • Provide input regarding the capabilities of Workfront during and provide best practice recommendations. Lead and manage system optimization and process improvement projects.
  • Design and build intuitive system and processes for LOB users.
  • Train all new and existing users on Truist's instance of Workfront and associated processes including role training for group administrators and LOB users.
  • Conceptualize, generate and update custom workflows and forms, project templates, request queues and reports based upon request parameters.
  • Manage Adobe Workfront Proof and Adobe Workfront Fusion, serving as system administrator and ensuring full functionality is available and offered as solutions when applicable
  • Manage all Workfront user accounts including initial set-up, permission assignments, license security, and work with the IAM and PSO teams for activation and deactivation as requested.
  • Provide technical support for all Workfront related issues ranging from daily support questions to periodic system updates to urgent data recovery issues.
  • Be able to triage and convey project completion schedules and any special requirements to stakeholders based on request complexity and workload availability. Be able to communicate clearly to request stakeholders in Teams meetings for further clarification when needed
  • Assign Group Acronym tags to existing and new work objects to ensure clarity of ownership
  • Manage system admin emails and respond to all questions in a timely manner.
  • Serve as project liaison for upper management and Infosec when needed
