Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

Job Description:

1. Design Branching strategy for Salesforce tech stack.
2. Quickly understand the existing setup and lead conversations with IT and Business during solution configuration workshops.
3. Able to work independently with minimal or zero dependency on client; on the contrary, should guide them on majority DevSecOps topics
4. Review, propose and provide rationale for choices to be made on specific tooling, processes, technology solutions, etc.
5. Suggest and integrate third party tools with Gitlab for Salesforce.
6. Advise on buy vs build scenarios, deployment strategies and implement complete DevSecOps in greenfield setup for Salesforce on Gitlab
7. Establish process for other members (developers, testers, etc.)
8. Have a deep understanding and hands-on experience in Gitlab to navigate through the above and setup the foundation for this program
