Role Overview
The Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC) Support Consultant will be responsible for providing end-to-end support for OIC configurations, ensuring that all incentive processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves assisting business teams with various sales compensation tasks, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements as needed. The consultant must possess strong functional/technical knowledge of OIC modules and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and support OIC modules: This includes managing and configuring critical components such as:

Transaction Management – Oversee the accurate capture and processing of sales transactions within the system.
Crediting – Ensure proper crediting logic is applied to transactions based on predefined rules and hierarchies.
Classification – Maintain classification rules to categorize transactions correctly for incentive calculations.
Compensation Plans – Configure and update compensation plans to align with business objectives and sales strategies.
Payment – Support payment processing to ensure timely and accurate disbursement of incentives to eligible participants.

Prioritize issues and enhancements: Act as the primary point of contact for OIC-related support, ensuring that critical issues are addressed promptly and enhancements are implemented in alignment with business priorities. This includes:

Monitoring system performance and resolving functional issues.
Coordinating with technical teams for bug fixes and system updates.
Gathering requirements for new features or improvements and managing their delivery.
