Senior UiPath RPA Developer (5–7 Years of Experience)

We’re hiring a Senior UiPath RPA Developer (5–7 years of experience) to build, manage, and scale automation solutions that integrate with leading enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Azure, and Outlook. You'll collaborate with North American stakeholders, own full-cycle development, and play a pivotal role in our digital transformation journey.

About the Company

We are hiring on behalf of a respected North American technology company undergoing enterprise-wide digital transformation. With established tech hubs in Kolkata and Bangalore, the India team is a strategic part of delivering scalable automation across critical business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of automation projects using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator
• Write high-quality, maintainable code in VB.NET for robust automation components and exception handling
• Build integrations using REST APIs and UiPath Integration Services to connect with platforms such as Salesforce, Azure, Outlook, and others
• Manage Orchestrator assets, queues, scheduling, and job triggers (time-based, queue-based, etc.)
• Ensure secure handling of PII and sensitive data within automation flows
• Translate Process Design Documents (PDDs) into technical Solution Design Documents (SDDs)
• Participate in testing, deployment, and post-deployment support
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to automation best practices

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in RPA development using UiPath
• Strong command of VB.NET — critical for custom logic and reusable component development
• Must have hands-on experience in Web automation and Excel automation.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs
• Hands-on with UiPath Integration Services to build API-based integrations
• Proficient with UiPath Orchestrator (assets, queues, triggers, scheduling)
• Experience handling secure data practices, especially around PII
• Ability to independently manage projects and interface with global teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Nice to Have

• UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD)
• Experience with REFramework
• Familiarity with C# or Python
• Agile/Scrum experience

Work Setup

This is a from-office role based out of our Kolkata or Bangalore office. Candidates must be available to work onsite for a 5 days per week in alignment with business and team collaboration needs.
