We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruitment team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience recruiting for US-based Engineering, IT, and Non-IT positions and possess strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.

The recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting offer negotiations. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong understanding of the US staffing industry.

Recruitment & Sourcing

• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, Job Boards, ATS, and internal databases.
• Recruit for:
  • Engineering Roles
  • Manufacturing Roles
  • Healthcare Roles
  • IT Roles
  • Finance & Accounting Roles
  • Sales & Marketing Roles
  • Executive Leadership Roles
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Conduct Boolean searches and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Identify passive and active candidates.

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of US Staffing / US Recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for:
  • Engineering Openings
  • IT Openings
  • Non-IT Openings
• Experience working with direct clients, MSP, VMS, and implementation partners.
• Experience sourcing candidates across the United States.
