This is not a hands-on configuration role.

We have a primary System Integrator handling the build. What we need is someone who acts as the expert in the room — a design advisor and functional guardian.\n\nAt Calfus , we're looking for someone who can bridge the gap between Finance business needs and SAP solution delivery — not just configure, but advise, challenge, and guide. From a career standpoint, this is the kind of role that's genuinely hard to find.

You'd be at the table during a major transformation program — not executing tasks, but shaping decisions. You're the person Finance leadership turns to, and you're the one bridging business needs with what the SI delivers.\n\n'05; You Must Have:\n8+ to 15 years in SAP Finance & Controlling (FI/CO)\nStrong hands-on knowledge of S/4HANA Finance — GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, COPA/Margin Analysis\nExperience in S/4 upgrades or transformations (SI-led programs)\nSolid grasp of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report & Product Costing\nManufacturing domain experience is a MUST\nAbility to review solution designs, lead UAT, and validate functional specs\n\n&A1; What You'll Do:\nReview & challenge SI-proposed designs and configurations\nOwn functional documentation, test scripts & UAT cycles\nAct as the bridge between Finance SMEs, IT & the System Integrator\n\n'05; Soft Skills\n• Excellent communicator across Finance, IT, and SI teams.\n• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable leading discussions.\n• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.\n\nOpen to candidates who can join immediately.\n\nSounds like you?
