We are looking for an experienced leader to manage and drive large-scale Microsoft Power Platform programs across delivery, governance, stakeholder management, and AI-led transformation initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who combines:

📌 Strong project/program management capability

📌 Deep understanding of Microsoft technologies

📌 Experience managing enterprise-scale delivery teams

📌 Ability to drive AI and Agentic Automation adoption on the Microsoft stack

🔹 20+ years of overall IT experience

🔹 15+ years in Microsoft technologies

🔹 Proven experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise programs

'05; Own end-to-end delivery of multiple Power Platform initiatives

'05; Drive planning, governance, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication

'05; Manage cross-functional teams across development, BA, QA, architecture, and support

'05; Ensure delivery quality, timelines, budgeting, and customer satisfaction

'05; Collaborate with architecture and CoE teams to establish scalable delivery models

'05; Lead adoption of AI-powered automation capabilities using:

• AI Builder
• Copilot Studio
• Microsoft Copilot ecosystem
• Agentic automation patterns

The ideal candidate should possess strong understanding of:

• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Power BI
• Dataverse
• Azure integrations
• ALM and DevOps practices
• Enterprise governance models
