IT Sales- US/UK Shift
Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, managing client outreach, supporting sales cycles, and building relationships with prospects and partners in the US market. You will work closely with senior sales leaders and technical consultants to position Proso.ai's services and solutions effectively.\nThis role requires a strong understanding of IT services sales, a consultative approach to client engagement, and the ability to operate confidently in a US time zone environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Development & Lead Generation\nProactively identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities within the US IT services market.\nGenerate leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and referral networks.\nBuild and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects aligned to Proso.ai's core service offerings.\nConduct discovery calls to understand client needs, pain points, and technology requirements.\nClient Engagement & Relationship Management\nEngage with mid-market and enterprise-level prospects in the US across industries such as retail, manufacturing, and professional services.\nDevelop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, IT leaders, and business stakeholders.\nAct as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts during the pre-sales phase.\nRepresent Proso.ai professionally in all client communications, calls, and virtual meetings.\nSales Cycle Support\nSupport the end-to-end sales process from initial outreach through to proposal submission and deal closure.\nCollaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to craft tailored solution proposals and presentations.\nPrepare and present capability decks, case studies, and proposals to prospects.\nAccurately maintain CRM records, pipeline updates, and activity logs.\nMarket Intelligence & Reporting\nStay up to date on trends in the US IT services landscape, particularly within Microsoft Dynamics 365, data platforms, and enterprise applications.\nProvide regular updates on pipeline status, conversion rates, and market feedback to leadership.\nContribute to go-to-market strategies, targeted campaigns, and account-based marketing initiatives.\n\nSkills & Requirements\n\nEssential\n3–4 years of experience in B2B IT services sales, business development, or inside sales — with direct exposure to the US market.\nProven ability to generate leads, manage pipelines, and support deal closures in an IT services or technology consulting environment.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English — comfortable engaging with US clients on calls, emails, and video meetings.\nStrong understanding of IT services concepts including ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, and enterprise software.\nWillingness and ability to work US shifts (EST / CST time zones).\nSelf-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage company.\nProficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and sales productivity platforms.\n\nPreferred\nPrior experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, or related Microsoft solutions.\nExposure to IT staffing, managed services, or technology consulting sales in the North American market.\nFamiliarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools.\nExperience working with US-based clients or within a US-facing sales team.\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.\n\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive fixed salary with a performance-linked variable component.\nClear and transparent career progression path — Associate Consultant → Consultant → Senior Consultant.\nExposure to global clients and enterprise-scale deals in the US market.\nCollaborative, high-ownership work culture with direct access to leadership.\nStructured onboarding and continuous sales training programme.\nNight shift allowance and cab/transport support for US shift employees.
