Role : Veritas NetbackUp Admin - L3\n\nExperience : 10 to 15 years\n\nLocation : Chn/Hyd/Blr\n\nKeywords : Veritas NetBackup, NetApp ONTAP, Backup admin, MSDP,SLM, Snapshot, Snapmirror, SAN NAS\n\nDesired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)\n\nStrong hands-on experience in Veritas NetBackup (Master/Media/Client configuration)\n\nBackup policy creation, scheduling, retention management\n\nDaily backup monitoring, troubleshooting failures & status codes\n\nExperience with restores (file, VM, database)\n\nTape library, robotic control, media management\n\nExperience with MSDP, SLP, and vaulting processes\n\nKnowledge of catalog backups and DR procedures\n\nWorking knowledge of NetApp ONTAP (Aggregates, Volumes, LUNs)\n\nUnderstanding of Snapshots, SnapMirror, SnapVault\n\nSolid understanding of SAN/NAS concepts
