We at Jio are hiring for Channel Sales Lead\n\nKey requirements are\n1. Graduation and MBA preferred\n2. Experience of 4-6 years\n\nJob Description\n1.

Responsible for sim activations at retail outlets as per targets.\n2. Drive revenue market share by increasing retail width and product, availability.\n3. Manage productivity of channel partners & distributor.\n4.

Train and ensure required field sales executive with distributors.\n5. Ensure distributors / retailers maintain adequate stocks.\n6. Strengthen distribution by increasing recharge selling outlets, SIM, selling outlets.\n7.

Drive basic distribution parameters - ROI of distributors & retailers.\n8. Gather and monitor competition plans, policies, best practices &,initiatives and report to Jio Center and State S&D team.\n9. Propose requirements to push for better visibility in the territory.\n\nSkill Sets\n1.
