Head of Automation and Digitalization

The Head of Automation and Digitalization Contract Execution is a person with passion for collaboration, planning, coordination of resources and communication between various stakeholders. This position is responsible for on-time delivery of AD projects in feed and biofuel through working with AD regional leads, product managers and other FB’s functionalities for project execution.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nGlobal coordination of AD resources for regional AD project deliveries in a matrix environment.\nResponsible for on time delivery of all the projects related to automation and digitalization including power, electrical, automation and digitalization.\nWork with AD regional team leads, regional managers, product managers in AD, capital and service business units and FB’s project execution team to support the sales and execution of projects.\nResponsible for planning of resources to execute the project, forecasting, over/under absorption.\nWork with other AD functionalities to provide sales support when needed.\nWork with 3rd parties (inside Andritz or outside Andritz) to ensure the AD projects are executed as promised in all the regions.\nCollaborate with the regional managers/directors to develop the skills and competencies of the employees for the AD implementation.\nReinforce the behaviors of #1ANDRITZWay in being a role model to the team and to the whole organization.\n\nTECHNICAL SKILLS (knowledge)\nExperiences in project execution and project management.\nExperiences in implementation of automation projects in process industries.\nResource management and people management.\nGlobal coordination in a matrix environment.\nExperience in forecasting workload and knowledge of resource planning.\nFinance and controlling knowledge.\nLanguage skills English (must have)
