Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Specialist – Product Implementation to manage end-to-end product onboarding and deployment for our clients. This role involves gathering business requirements, configuring the product, managing data migration, conducting UAT, and ensuring smooth go-live. The Specialist will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality implementations, driving customer satisfaction and long-term adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full implementation lifecycle including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct client workshops to understand business processes and map them to product capabilities.
- Configure product modules and workflows to align with customer requirements.
- Manage and validate data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams during UAT and post go-live.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success) for issue resolution.
- Track project progress, communicate status updates, and manage risks to ensure timely delivery.
- Document implementation best practices, templates, and client-specific configurations for reusability.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, ensuring a seamless handover to the support team.
Required Qualifications:
Educational
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
Professional
- 2–4 years of experience in product implementation, solution delivery, or consulting.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS/HRMS/Enterprise software workflows.
- Hands-on experience with data migration, system configuration, and UAT management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/SQL for data handling and analysis.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
