Graduate Engineering Trainee - Sales (Industrial Automation)\n\nIn this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth by identifying new opportunities, acquiring customers, and converting leads into orders across industrial automation solutions. You will actively engage with customers, understand their requirements, propose suitable solutions, and ensure achievement of assigned sales targets while building strong and long-term customer relationships.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nDrive sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities\nAchieve assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual)\nConduct regular customer visits, meetings, and sales presentations\nIdentify customer needs and propose suitable solutions\nGenerate enquiries, prepare commercial offers, and close orders\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, end customers, and channel partners\nDevelop and manage a robust sales pipeline\nTrack activities in CRM and ensure accurate forecasting\nContinuously explore new markets, industries, and applications\nMonitor competitor activities and mark\n\nOur requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation or related fields) with 0–1 year of experience in Sales\nStrong passion for B2B sales and business development\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills\nTarget-driven and result-oriented mindset\nStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills\nBasic understanding of industrial applications is an advantage\nWillingness to travel extensively\n\nLocation: Noida and Gurugram
