Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Senior Wedding Designer role based in Chennai. The Senior Wedding Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing creative design plans for weddings and related events. Responsibilities include client consultations to understand their vision, coordinating with vendors, supervising event setups, selecting and sourcing decor elements, and ensuring seamless execution on the event day. The role requires efficient communication, budget management, and maintaining client relationships to deliver stellar wedding experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong creative and design skills, including experience with space planning, color schemes, and thematic decoration
• Event management and vendor coordination skills to ensure timely and high-quality execution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, teams, and partners
• Organizational and project management abilities, including managing timelines and budgets
• Attention to detail and adaptability to create bespoke designs and address on-site challenges
• Proficiency in design software or tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Design, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in wedding or event design, or related creative fields, is highly desirable
