#SAP Success factors Employee Central consultant# Virtual Interview# Pan India#\n\nMust-Have\n\nExp 5++\n\n- Should have basic knowledge on SAP SuccessFactors.\n- Implement and support the SAP SuccessFactors Employee central.\n- Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirement and standard SuccessFactors solution.\n- Hands on all the data models and excellent knowledge of xml.\n- System configuration in accordance with solution design & configuration workbook/Business Blueprint.\n- Help Client understand alternatives for System configuration and design.\n- Defining Company structure, Data models, Business Rules, Permission Management.\n- Experience in integrating SAP EC with HRIS & payroll systems.\n- Strong Learning ability- Agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environment.\n- Must have SuccessFactors certification in EC module.\n- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nGood-to-Have\n\n- Good to have Onboarding 2.0 knowledge and Employee central.\n- Integration knowledge will be an extra add on.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role\n\n- Work directly with business users to understand the problem or opportunity.\n- Plan and manage roll out of new functionality to production environment.\n- Map business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications identifying gaps, issues and work around solutions to satisfy business needs.\n- Implement and support the SAP SuccessFactors Employee central module.\n- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required. Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.\n- Document functional designs, test cases and results. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.\n- Solution design in accordance with configuration workbook / Business Blueprint.
Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirement and standard SuccessFactors solution.\n- Should have experience in integrating SAP Recruiting Management with and other modules.\n\nRequired Skills\n\nMust have SuccessFactors certification in EC module.\n\nPreferred Skills\n\nGood to have Onboarding 2.0 knowledge and Employee central. Integration knowledge will be an extra add on.
