We at Jio, are hiring for State Fiber Home Training Lead for Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India\n\nRequirement\nEducation: Master's Degree / Diploma in Human Resources\nExperience: 06-10 years\n\nJob Description\nConduct train the trainer programme for master supervisors and trainers of partners\nCarry out revalidation training for Jio giga fiber associates, engineers and supervisors\nExecute performance coaching and on field mentoring\nManage trainings on how to handle premium customers for Jio fiber, engineers\nArticulate and draft actual field scenarios and shared with teams at head quarters\nSupport national head quarter teams in designing vernacular content\nPlan and execute buddy ride with newly hired master supervisors\nEnsure handholding of master supervisors for first 30 days\nMonitor and audit buddy ride and certification for Jio fiber, engineers / associates\nDrive periodic audit of training infra readiness at partner premises\nLead audit of training batches at Jio center and partner premises\nConduct periodic recertification of trainers and facilitators,\nPilot mock home readiness with all connected devices\n\nSkill Sets\nProduct service knowledge\nKnowledge of IT tools usage\nPlanning and organizing skills\nTeam management skills\nExecution skills\nCommunication skills\nCoaching skills\nCustomer focus
