In this role, you will be responsible for handling administrative functions, system audits, data integrations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and document requirements. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of Salesforce, supporting development and change management activities, and assisting in user training to foster skill growth across the organization.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nServe as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment.\nHandle basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.\nComplete regular internal system audits and prepare for Salesforce upgrades.\nManage Salesforce.com data feeds and integrations with other systems.\nCoordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.\nCollaborate with the institutional management team to establish processes supporting administrative, development, and change management activities.\nAssist in training new users and help grow the Salesforce skill set within the team/organization.\nAct as a liaison between users, vendors, and application development teams.\nWork independently with team members to define and document development requirements.\n\nSkills Required:\nDemonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage tasks across different levels of the organization.\nCreative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.\nExceptional verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.\nAbility to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and upstream/downstream applications, systems, and processes.\n\nExperience Required:\nMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator.\nSalesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified (preferred).\nSalesforce certifications in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Developer (preferred).\nProven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.\nStrong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including building custom apps, objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.\nStrong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.\nStrong data management abilities.\nA documented history of successfully driving projects to completion.\nDemonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.\nPrevious experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment (preferred).\n\nAdditional Information:\nShift timings: 11:30 AM - 8:30 PM or 8:30 PM - 5:30 AM.\n\nWebsite Link: https://www.maxval.com/
