Job Description

Complete process design of\n1.Produced Water Treatment Plant (PWTP):\n1.1 Design of PWTP with Oil removal, polishing, sludge treatment and flare system.\nOil removal includes primarily IGF (Induced Gas Floatation), Dissolved Gas Floatation (DGF) etc.\nPolishing units comprising of Nut-shell filers.\nSludge treatment includes complete handling and disposal system. These sludge are only those separated out during the operation of oil removal units and polishing units.\nFlare includes required gas handling system in connection with IGF and DGF operation\n\nPerson should be able to generate design deliverables for complete pre-bid and post-bid engineering:\n1. Process Design Calculation\n2.

Hydraulic Calculation\n3. Mechanical Equipment List\n4. Civil Unit List\n5.

Electrical Load List\n6. Input for Instrument range\n7. Process Flow Diagram\n8.

Mass Balance Diagram\n9. Hydraulic Flow Diagram\n10. Process & Instrumentation Diagram\n11.

Plant Layout\n12. General Arrangement Drawing\n13. Hazardous Area Classification Drawing\n14.

Chemical, Power and Utility Guarantee\n15. Preparation of RFQ\n16. Vendor offer Evaluation & Selection\n17.

Technical Data Sheets\n18. Process Design Basis Report\n19. Operation and Control Philosophy\n20.

Input for Operation and Maintenance Philosophy\n\nPerson should be acquainted with following codes/ standards/ manuals:\n•Refinery codes and standards as applicable for the projects in middle east and Africa\nPerson should be conversant with the following system design tools:\n•Relevant design tools for Produced Water Treatment Plant.
