Guest Relations Executive - Business Shows & Podcasts\n\nDepartment: Digital\nLocation: Noida, Sector 158 (Work from Office)\nExperience: 4+ Years\n\nAbout the Role\n\nRepublic Media Network is looking for a proactive and well-networked Guest Relations Executive to manage guest coordination for business-focused shows, interviews, discussions, and podcasts across television and digital platforms.\nThe role involves identifying, onboarding, and coordinating with industry leaders, market experts, founders, economists, policymakers, investors, and corporate spokespersons for daily programming, podcast episodes, and special coverage.\n\nKey Responsibilities -\n\nCoordinate and manage guests for business news shows, podcasts, debates, interviews, and special programming.\nBuild and maintain a strong network of CEOs, founders, analysts, economists, market experts, corporate communication teams, PR agencies, and industry spokespersons.\nReach out to potential guests and ensure timely confirmations for live shows, recorded interviews, and podcast episodes.\nMaintain daily guest line-ups and backup panels based on editorial and production requirements.\nCoordinate with editorial, production, digital, and PCR teams to ensure smooth guest onboarding and participation.\nBrief guests regarding show/podcast formats, discussion topics, timings, and technical requirements.\nHandle last-minute guest changes and urgent editorial requirements efficiently.\nMaintain updated databases of guests, experts, industry contacts, and spokespersons across sectors.\nTrack ongoing business, corporate, startup, technology, and market developments to identify relevant voices and discussion opportunities.\nSupport long-format and conversational content initiatives for digital and social platforms.\n\nRequirements -\n\n3+ years of experience in guest coordination, media relations, newsroom operations, podcast coordination, or business journalism.\nStrong network within the business, corporate, startup, finance, policy, and media ecosystem preferred.\nExcellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced newsroom environment.\nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.\nComfortable handling live news operations, digital productions, and dynamic editorial requirements.\nProficiency in English communication is mandatory.\n\nPreferred Background -\n\nCandidates with prior experience in digital media platforms, business podcasts handling business and financial domains will be preferred.
