Job Description
Creative Direction & Strategy\n· Drive the creative vision for branded campaigns from concept to completion.\n· Develop and present innovative production decks and proposals for brand collaborations.\n· Provide clear strategic guidance to ensure all deliverables meet both creative ambition and commercial goals.\n· Stay ahead of emerging trends in content, storytelling, and audience engagement to continuously elevate campaign output.\n\n3. Content & Production Excellence\n· Oversee end-to end production across a wide range of content formats, including TV, Digital, Short-form, Long-form, LIVE events, and Post-produced segments.\n· Maintain consistent quality, tone, and storytelling integrity across all platforms and touchpoints.\n· Implement best practices in production planning, budgeting, and execution to ensure efficiency and excellence.\n· Uphold brand integrity while delivering content that resonates with diverse audiences.\n\n4. Ideation & Campaign Development\n· Contribute to ideation sessions that generate fresh, original concepts for branded content.\n· Translate creative ideas into executable campaign strategies that drive engagement and deliver measurable value.\n· Collaborate with creative, strategy, and client teams to craft compelling narratives that align with brand purpose and audience insights.\n\n5.
Events & On-Ground Activations\n· Manage and oversee branded on ground events, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into larger 360° campaign ecosystems.\n· Collaborate with internal team, event partners, production vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-impact brand experiences.\n· Ensure all activations uphold production standards and enhance brand storytelling.\n---\nQualifications & Experience\n· Relevant years of experience in branded content production, creative strategy, or broadcast/digital media.\n· Proven track record in creative and production teams in a fast-paced media environment.\n· Strong understanding of content creation across platforms (TV, OTT, Digital, and Social).\n· Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.\n· Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines.\n· Prior experience with on-ground event execution and integrated campaign rollouts is highly desirable.
